John Moore has worked in the marketing departments of Starbucks Coffee and Whole Foods Market and today he operates the Brand Autopsy Marketing Practice. He's as well a consultant at the Word Of Mouth Marketing Association.
He believes that "buzz doesn't create evangelists, but evangelists create buzz".
