A day ago on his fb page Richard
Branson posted a wonderful image (the one on the left) with the question “How to build a brand?”
The first thing I thought was “Wow, it’s a wonderful photo”. It is really amazing – the idea of this image, the composition, each detail on it…The most wonderful thing is, that this man is sitting with a notebook and a pen. Yes, there is no computer – this modern machine doesn’t present on the image. It is replaced by the old-fashioned pen & notebook. And it looks amazing this way.

After I was touched by the image, I
thought about the question and I realized, that the answers of the question
“How to build a brand?” were on the image itself.
A brand should be build:
- with a passion (the candle)
- with a very good knowledge about the product (the books)
- with great intellect (the chess)
- with the right attitude - without stress and with a high spirit (the cup of tea)
- with the excellent strategy (the pen & the notebook)
- and always looking forward in the future (the man).

The charisma - a gift or something, that has to be developed?

The common between all these people is not only the fact, that they are very successful personalities. They all have an awesome charisma, which one is one of the reasons for their success.
What’s the charisma in fact?
It’s related with the charm and attractiveness, that can inspire devotion in others. But we are not born charismatic. We cultivate it. The truth is, that everyone could be charismatic if there’s a development of the respective qualities. The key word here is DEVELOPMENT.
